Beverley Spidle, RMT

Beverley works double-shift as both the proud owner of Knead Therapy and as one of our Registered Massage Therapists.

Meet Beverley.

In a nutshell, Beverley is happiest when working and supporting like-minded practitioners and clients.

She’s ultimately motivated and interested in living the best life possible, while encouraging others to do the same.

A self-proclaimed work-o-holic, Beverley has been heard saying “a Massage Therapist is the only thing I could truly be”. Beverley loves the challenge of helping people live fulfilling lives while promoting Registered Massage Therapy in Nanaimo. She’s driven to constantly improve Knead Therapy Clinic for all clients, therapists, and staff.

Bev loves to learn and research new techniques and skills as a therapist… at least during any moments her two handsome little men allow her!

Beverley hit her stride once learning Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy® – this discovery opened up a new world of techniques that benefit clients and herself as a therapist.

In Beverley’s personal time you’ll find her at Crossfit Nanaimo, chasing her boys at the park, reading, or spending time with friends and family.

The greatest gift.

Testimonial for Beverley Spidle

I had suffered with chronic lower back pain for many years – it had got to the point where I couldn’t even bend over to tie my shoe laces. Three years ago I was not overweight but had lost all ability to lean forward, twist or lift. It was affecting my work and more importantly my quality of life as I am an active person.

In three sessions Beverley reached into my muscles and undid years of compounded damage that other physicians had been unable to tame. I have no idea how she did it… But it’s been the greatest gift. I skied 72 days last year, tomorrow I hit the slopes for another pain free year.

Thanks Beverley!

– Bruce I.

A great team.

Testimonial for Beverley Spidle

I visit Bev and Catherine (a previous staff member at Knead) each month for different types of massage. As a Behaviour Therapist, Respite Worker and Educational Assistant I find relief from the strain of doing many lifts and transfers as part of my job by seeing these therapists. I always feel such a sense of well being and positivity and relief from my pains. I look forward to all my visits and every experience has been extremely positive.

What a great team!
