Meet Kristen.
Dr. Kristen Chila is a licensed and registered Doctor of Chiropractic. She studied sciences, holistic nutrition, and the culinary arts in Vancouver before moving to California for her Chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic College West.
Dr. Kristen knows every body (and every age!) is unique and deserves to be treated so. She loves supporting people to improve their wellbeing and find greater connection to their body.
Dr. Kristen has trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques with the goal of having tools in her toolbox to help each individual and their ever-changing needs.
She is most notably certified in:
- The Webster Technique (a technique that supports the body through pregnancy)
- Activator Basic
- CCEP (extremities-focused training).
Her current areas of interest and education include Polyvagal Theory (PVT), paediatric training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP).
Her ability to connect with children and babies gives her the space to work and adjust through play and engagement. She enjoys helping the whole family feel at ease while making connections around health choices.
