Meet Elizabeth.
After moving to Toronto for her career in film and television, Elizabeth quickly realized that film and television was an industry that upset the body’s natural systems and caused pain and illness. In fact, that is exactly what happened to her.
When Elizabeth sought help for what was ailing her, she discovered many holistic natural therapies including, Reflexology. Reflexology changed her life – and the life of many others around her – and she fell in love with how adaptable and versatile Reflexology is.
Elizabeth has since become the Reflexology Association of Canada’s BC Chapter President and wants to share as much knowledge and awareness about Reflexology as she can.
Ever the keen learner, Elizabeth felt she needed to know everything she could, and dove right in becoming certified in Foot, Hand, Face, and Ear Reflexology. She received all of her Certifications in Ontario and continues to expand on her skills.
She also grew a passion for essentials and is certified in Aromatherapy Reflexology and Hot Stone Reflexology. Elizabeth more recently became certified in Hand Reflexology for Dementia.
Furthermore, her amazement with what the human body can do has inspired her to become a Personal Training Specialist. Resistance training has been one of Elizabeth’s passions for many years. If she isn’t helping people through holistic natural therapies, she is at the gym, hiking, or cooking up a storm.
Her passion for helping support the body’s efforts to function optimally shines through her treatments. You will often hear her say “Healthy mind in a healthy body!”.
